Randy Millwood serves as a Coach on the Missionary staff of the Baptist Convention of Maryland and Delaware. He works with pastors and churches in Leadership, Spiritual Transformation and Small Groups.
Dr. Millwood is also a Department Team Leader and Faculty member at Rockbridge Seminary after having taught at New Orleans Seminary for about a decade and served over 20 years in local churches.
He and his wife, Adele, have 2 wonderful sons and 2 adorable daughters-in-law who have given their family 2 fantastic grandchildren. If Randy is not rooting for the baseball Orioles, he is readying for Christmas!
